Michael has been in the legal profession since 2002 and has extensive experience in advising both local and international clients in multiple jurisdictions in the Middle East.
His practice with the Firm focuses on corporate structuring, foreign direct investment, incorporation and registration, commercial transactions, employment, agencies and distributorships, and regulatory and compliance issues.
Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and is a member of the American Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
