Mohamed has been in the legal profession since 2003 and has had the privilege of working in different Middle Eastern jurisdictions.
At the Firm, Mohamed is involved in contentious and non-contentious work and frequently advises clients on a range of corporate issues including matters related to commercial contracts, due diligence, joint ventures, IPOs and inward investment.
Mohamed holds an LLB degree from Alexandria University and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.Mohamed is fluent in Arabic and English.
